What you'll need:
- 1 bag M&M’S® BAKING MINIS® Chocolate Candies
- 1 roll (18-ounce) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 box (16-ounce) confectioner's sugar
- 3 tablespoons egg white powder
- 6 tablespoons warm water
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract (optional)
- Green food coloring
- 4-inch cookie cutter
- Non-stick cookie sheet
- Resealable plastic bag
What to do:
- Knead cookie dough with flour until smooth. Mix in M&M’S® BAKING MINIS® Chocolate Candies. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface until a 1/4-inch thickness. Press out cookies, transferring them to a cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated 350-degree oven until golden brown on edges; 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely.
- Prepare frosting: beat confectioner’s sugar, egg white powder and water until fluffy. Add mint extract and green coloring.
- Spoon frosting into resealable bag, snip off corner and pipe words on top of cookies. Add a few more M&M’S® BAKING MINIS® Chocolate Candies on frosting.
