Cappuccino Brulee

What you'll need:
- 3/4 cup chopped SNICKERS® BRAND FUN SIZE®
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons meringue powder or egg white powder
- Cocoa powder for garnish
- 6 espresso cups
- Resealable plastic bag with snipped corner, optional
- Baking pan
What to do:
- Make cream: Boil milk and sugar. In bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, espresso and salt. Slowly whisk hot milk into egg mixture. Add SNICKERS® BRAND FUN SIZE® and stir until melted. Divide custard between espresso cups. Put cups in baking pan filled with one inch of hot water. Bake in preheated 325-degree oven for 30 minutes, or until custard sets. Cool custards to room temperature, then chill until ready to serve.
- Make meringue: Prepare meringue powder according to directions on container. Spoon meringue or transfer to resealable plastic bag and pipe on custard. Dust with cocoa powder.
