SKITTLES® Fudge
Add a colorful twist to a classic fudge dessert.

What you'll need:
  • 1 (1-pound) bag SKITTLES® BRAND Bite Size Candies
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 jar (7.5 ounces) marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 bag (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
  • 9"x9" square baking pan
  • Aluminum foil
  • Resealable plastic bag
  • Rolling pin, hammer or meat tenderizer
What to do:
  1. Freeze 1 1/2 cups SKITTLES® BRAND Bite Size Candies in resealable plastic bag for 15 minutes. Crush with rolling pin and set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallow fluff, butter and salt in saucepan over low heat (approximately 5 minutes). Increase heat to moderate, bring mixture to a boil, and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, fold in white chocolate chips and vanilla extract, stirring until chocolate melts. Fold in crushed SKITTLES® BRAND Bite Size Candies.
  3. Pour mixture into foil-lined baking pan. Press 81 SKITTLES® BRAND Bite Size Candies into the surface in a grid pattern, 9 rows across and 9 rows down, about 1-inch apart. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares, keeping SKITTLES® BRAND Bite Size Candies in center of each square.
Makes 2 pounds.
