Santa's Magic Cocoa
Better than cookies & milk! Here's a gift idea that your kids—and even Santa—will warm up to fast!
Difficulty: Easy
What you'll need:
  • 1 bag MILKY WAY® Brand Miniatures
  • 1 STARBURST® Brand Candy Cane
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 small plastic bag
  • 1 piece of thin ribbon
  • 1 recipe card
  • 1 large microwave-safe mug
What to do:
  1. Combine the cocoa and the brown sugar in a small plastic bag, and tie the plastic bag with a piece of ribbon. Place the plastic bag inside a microwave-safe mug. Place the MILKY WAY® Brand Miniatures and the STARBURST® Brand Candy Cane in the mug.
  2. Have your child write the following instructions on a recipe card and include it in the mug:

    Heat a cup of milk in your microwave oven for one minute. Stir in the hot chocolate mix. Chop a MILKY WAY® Brand Miniature into small pieces and stir it into the hot chocolate. Heat the mixture for another minute, until it is hot and bubbly. Use the STARBURST® Brand Candy Cane to stir your hot chocolate. Enjoy!
