M&M'S® Crispy Peanut Butter Snacks

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons margaine
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter reduced fat
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 3/4 cups M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies

Directions

  • 1. Melt together marshmallows, margarine, peanut butter and salt in large heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
  • 2. Pour over combined cereal and M&M’S® MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies, tossing lightly until thoroughly coated.
  • 3. With greased fingers, gently shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
  • 4. Place on waxed paper, cool at room temperature until set.
  • 5. Variation: Instead of forming balls, lightly press mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Cool thoroughly and cut into 36 bars.
