chocolate smoked almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup DOVE® Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup smoked almonds
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
Special Equipment:
  • 1 baking pan
  • Parchment paper

Directions

  • 1. Heat ¾ cup of DOVE® Dark Chocolate in bowl set over saucepan of boiling water. Once chocolate is two-thirds melted, remove bowl from saucepan. Add remaining ¼ cup chocolate and stir until melted.
  • 2. Toss almonds with a pinch of sea salt. Add them to the chocolate, tossing until nuts are completely coated. Using forks, remove almonds one at a time and place on a parchment-lined baking pan. Chill for 10 minutes. Roll each almond in cocoa powder, shaking off any excess. Store in airtight container.
