Ingredients

  • One 9-inch-round prepared pie dough
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped MILKY WAY® Bars
  • Four ½ pints raspberries
  • 9-inch tart pan

Directions

  • 1. Press pie dough into sides and bottom of tart pan. Prick dough with fork tines. Line tart with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes; remove foil and continue baking for another 5 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
  • 2. Prepare filling. Whisk flour with half the sugar and eggs; set aside. Bring milk and remaining sugar to a boil in saucepan. Pour one-third of milk mixture into egg mixture and stir. Slowly pour egg mixture back into saucepan, stirring constantly. Return mixture to a boil and cook for 20 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and MILKY WAY® Bars. Chill completely.
  • 3. Fill tart shell with custard, top with raspberries, and serve.
