Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar, plus 2 tablespoons for sprinkling
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped SNICKERS® Bars
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup light cream for dough
  • 2 tablespoons light cream to brush scones
  • 2" flower-shaped cookie cutter
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking sheets

Directions

  • 1. Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form. Add SNICKERS® Bars, blueberries, and pumpkin seeds; toss well.
  • 2. Blend in egg and 1/2 cup cream until dough comes away from the side of the bowl. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface. Roll to 1/2" thickness. Cut flower shapes using cookie cutter. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet, one inch apart. Brush tops with remaining 2 tablespoons of cream and a sprinkling of sugar. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Serve with jam and tea.
