Crazy Cakes

What you'll need:
- 1 bag SNICKERS® Brand MINIS®
- 1 bag M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies
- 1 bag M&M'S® Brand MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies
- 1 bag STARBURST® Brand Baja California Fruit Chews
- 1 18.25-oz. box chocolate cake mix
- 2 16-oz. cans vanilla frosting
- Yellow, blue and orange food coloring
- 24 3.5-inch packaged scalloped cookies
- 2 12-cup cupcake pans
- 24 paper cupcake liners
- 4 resealable plastic bags
- Spatula
- Scissors
What to do:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line the cupcake pans with paper cupcake liners.
- Roughly chop 2 cups of SNICKERS® Brand MINIS®. Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions and fold in the chopped SNICKERS® Brand MINIS®. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cupcake pans and bake for approximately 18-21 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely. Remove the paper liners from the cupcakes.
- Divide the frosting into 4 separate bowls and tint one blue, one yellow and one orange, leaving one white. Pipe lines around the edges of 24 cookies. Invert the cupcakes and frost them with the assorted colors. Place the inverted cupcakes on top of the cookies. Decorate the cupcakes to resemble hats, using the photo as your guide. To make flowers if desired, soften STARBURST® Brand Baja California Fruit Chews and cut out flower shapes. Decorate the hats with M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies and M&M’S® Brand MINIS® Milk Chocolate Candies.
Tip: arrange the cupcakes on a platter or tiered cake plate.
