Baby Pool Beverage Station Use a small baby pool to keep beverages cool. Set up the pool in a shady spot and put juice boxes, soda pop and water bottles in the pool. Add a few bags of ice. For decoration, place blow-up palm trees around the perimeter.

Sprinkler Karaoke Set up a rotating garden sprinkler in the middle of a lawn. Kids (and grown-ups, too) line up on one side of the sprinkler. When it's their turn, players run onto the "stage" and sing one line of a song (i.e. "Oh, Susannah, don't you cry for me.") The goal is to finish singing before getting sprayed by the sprinkler.

Ready, Aim, Squirt! Set up two sets of goals (use plastic stakes, flags or just strips of cloth) on one side of a lawn. Divide kids into two teams and provide everyone with squirt guns. Each player must squirt water at a beach ball to propel it through the goal. After each goal, players must run the ball back to the next teammate for their turn.
