Jammin' Jukebox There's nothing like a jukebox to get your ‘50s party started. But you don't need a real one to have fun! Simply cut out the shape of a jukebox from white butcher paper and add colorful details with markers. Hang it from the ceiling to the floor and hide a CD player behind it. When the kids pretend to push the buttons on the jukebox, change the songs with a remote control.
Nifty Fifties Give the boys and girls at your party some extra fifties flare. Hand each girl a brightly colored scarf to wear around their neck, their ponytails or as a headband. Give the boys plain white t-shirts and show them how to roll up their sleeves and pant legs.
Fab Fads Show your kids how kids from the fifties used to have fun. Be sure to have enough jump ropes, jacks, hula hoops, Frisbees and Slinkies around that the kids can all enjoy some good old fashioned fun! Then let the adults show them how it's done.
