Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line the pans with foil and grease.

Roughly chop 2 cups of SNICKERS® Brand MINIS®. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and sprinkle the chopped SNICKERS® Brand MINIS® on top.

Bake for approximately 28-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven, transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.

Using these printable templates (Small star printable template, Large star printable template) cut out 9 small stars and 1 big star. Tint the vanilla frosting yellow. Spread a thin layer of frosting over each brownie using about 1/2 cup. Heat the remaining frosting in the microwave for 5 seconds, or until it is the texture of slightly whipped cream and spoon the heated frosting over the brownies to cover evenly and smoothly. Re-heat the excess frosting and repeat process until all the brownies are covered.

Let brownies stand for 30 minutes to set, then transfer to individual plates and arrange M&M'S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies along the outside edge of the small stars and M&M'S® Brand Peanut Chocolate Candies along the outside of the big star .

Spoon 1/2 cup of the chocolate frosting into a resealable plastic bag with a small snipped corner and pipe each star with a child's name.
