Ballet Slipper Cake
These no-bake cakes will have your dancers asking for an encore!

What you'll need:
- 1 bag M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies
- 2 frozen family-size pound cakes, thawed
- 1 16-oz. can vanilla frosting
- Red food coloring
- Pink or red fruit leather
- Printable template
What to do:
- Using the printable template, trim both cakes into the shapes of ballet slippers.
- Then, using the photograph as your guide:
- Spread 1/4 cup of vanilla frosting in the center of the slippers, where you would slip in your feet.
- Tint the remaining vanilla frosting pink, using a few drops of red food coloring. Cover the rest of the slippers with pink frosting. Place the two slippers (one leaning against the other) on a platter.
- Unroll the fruit leather. Cut strips into a 3/4-inch wide strip. Cut four 3-inch pieces, and place them as an "X" across the white portion of the cake. Cut four 8-inch pieces, and drape them off the sides of the slippers.
- Separate red M&M’S® Brand Milk Chocolate Candies from the bag. Make a continuous line of M&M’S®, rimming the white area of the cakes.
